This position as the HR Manager will support business leaders and work closely with the HR Director to deliver advice and solutions that are aligned to the overall CBRE business strategy. In this diverse and challenging role you will work with multiple business lines to support and coach operational managers on all HR issues across NSW & ACT, a client group of approximately 500.
As a confident and charismatic HR professional you will bring highly developed commercial leadership and influencing skills to the role and have a strong record of delivering generalist HR support gained in a "brand name" - possibly from within FMCG, consumer products or a large sales driven environment.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include;
- Strong commercial acumen and the desire to contribute to the broader business
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills to provide sound advice and HR solutions.
- The ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Involvement & influencing HR policy
- Strong background in employment legislation
This challenging role will see you working in a fast paced, often high pressure environment which involves you in ongoing change and improvement and will suit a HR Manager with a significant number of years experience in a similar role. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and have an inherent ability to exercise influence at a senior level. Vital to your success in this role will be your ability to understand the needs of the business and provide commercial solutions and business partnering services.
