  Are you ready to lead an innovative, driven and talented graduate team within a well known and successful professional services firm?   

Reporting to one of the heads of HR, your remit will include team management and development of the National Graduate Recruitment Program strategy, supervising the team on delivering this strategy to attract a large talent pool. You will also work closely with the wider HR team to align long term talent development strategies.  

You will have proven experience in the graduate recruitment space, with evidence of strong relationships within Universities and graduate networks. Demonstrating skills at influencing various business leaders and groups as well as driving business strategy are a must.
