Senior HR Business Partner

In a model where you are supported by experts in the organisational and capability development field, the transactional HR processes are managed within a HR shared services centre. This structure creates the space for you to build effective relationships, understand business requirements and coach your leadership group to achieve genuine business improvement outcomes. In this role you will embed the management and OD processes with business leaders, across succession, development, talent management, retention and change management.
To succeed in this role you will have previous experience in a similar large corporate environment and be able to demonstrate how your consulting skills influenced leaders to develop better ways of doing business. You will be able to demonstrate how these improvements were understood and valued, through the establishment of relevant metrics, clear benchmarking, and timely reporting systems.
