Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorders and their families.  Our 600 staff in NSW, Victoria and ACT are passionate about making a difference with people who use our services and keen to develop their skills and abilities

We have an exciting stand alone opportunity for an outstanding, imaginative L&D professional to drive our blended learning strategy.  You will identify L&D needs and opportunities, build content for our learning portal with subject matter experts and promote the portal's use among Aspect staff.  In return, you will be part of a friendly team, enjoy generous tax effective remuneration and recognition by your colleagues.

This is a role for professional with energy and commitment.  You must be a confident self-starter, comfortable working hands on and strategically, IT savvy with on-line L&D experience and preferably experience in a Sharepoint 2007 environment.
