We currently have an opening within our HR team for and experienced Business Partner.  Based in Box Hill, this is a highly autonomous role reporting to the HR Director as a member of a close knit and well regarded HR team.  Working closely with senior executives in the organisation, the role will provide advice and solutions that allow managers to effectively manage their business.  Adopting a consultative approach you will also ensure the development of co-operative working relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the creation and sustainability of a performance driven culture.  

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with a business unit as well as providing advice on a broad range of HR functions including remuneration and benefits, work force planning, employee relations and, HR policy.  The role will also provide opportunities for HR related projects and change management initiatives.

Ideal candidates for this role will have.....

  • Formal HR qualifications with at least 5 years professional work within Human Resources
  • Broad HR generalist experience
  • A proven track record working as a 'trusted advisor' to management
  • A natural ability to build rapport and influence through coaching
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • The flexibility required to adapt to changing situations and different personalities
