Queensland Rail Limited, trading as Queensland Rail, successfully commenced business as a new government owned corporation (GOC) on 1 July 2010.

Working specifically across a portfolio of customers (including Legal & Governance, Corporate Strategy, Finance and Human Resources), your role is to provide generalist advice and strategic HR solutions to senior managers.  As a true partner to the business, you will have the opportunity to work collaborative with managers at the coal face and promote the HR profile to the business.

As the successful candidate you will have a solid career as a HR generalist with extensive experience working at both a strategic and operational level.  Your strong relationship building skills and collaborative approach will be complimented by your robust and confident advisory style.   Prior exposure within a similar environment is highly beneficial and formal tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
