A unique opportunity has become available to join Target as a part of our vibrant Human Resource team as a Learning & Development Advisor.  Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Advisor will be based at our National Office in Geelong.

This position will be responsible to:

• Source and/or develop innovative learning & organisational development frameworks, programs, training materials and content
• Coordinate the testing and piloting of programs to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to implementation
• Develop implementation plans and strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders and the HR team
• Work with third party providers to deliver agreed outcomes
• Work with Regional HR teams to support the implementation of learning & organisational development initiatives.

The successful candidate must hold a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as a minimum, and have experience within a similar position, preferably in retail.  The Advisor should have the capability to effectively communicate at all levels and have the ability to train, coach, influence and negotiate outcomes.
