Our client requires an experienced HR Project Consultant with experience in restructuring and change management to work with senior stakeholders in realigning the sales division. Our client is currently in the initial stages of redefining their business and moving it forward in the new financial year.

You will work closely with the key sponsors of the project in projects that include restructures, remuneration and reward alignment.  In addition to the projects, you will have responsibility as an HR Business partner to a small client group, providing advice on all HR issues.

For success in this role, you will have previous experience as an HR generalist with proven project management experience. Tertiary qualifications and excellent attention to detail are a must. Any candidates with remuneration and reward experience as part of their project management experience will be highly regarded
