Program Manager
Wesfarmers Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional to join our Leadership Development & Talent Management team in the role of Program Manager. This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to apply their proven project management skills and passion for continuous improvement to the management of world class leadership development programs.
Reporting to the General Manager of Leadership Development & Talent Management, you will be responsible for managing the Wesfarmers leadership programs and other practices that accelerate executive development. You will have hands-on involvement in all phases of program and process delivery, ensuring quality experiences that deliver a measurable impact. The role is based in our Corporate Office in Perth and requires a moderate amount of domestic travel.
To be successful in the role, you will have a minimum of 10 years business experience, with a minimum of 5 years program management experience in corporate settings.
You will have demonstrated skill in deploying programs with systematic efficiency and needs-focused customisation. In addition, you will have proven ability in the engagement of internal stakeholders as well as external providers. Detail orientation, commercial mindset, customer focus, team orientation, and excellent communication skills are a must. A degree qualification in human resources, organisational behaviour, or related discipline and knowledge of the leadership development field is required.
