This market-leading global Medical Device Technology company is seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Consultant to work in close partnership with Asia Pacific and Australian Leadership Teams. This role will be central to driving the implementation of new organisational structures and developing a comprehensive annual bonus plan; as well as other key projects and HR strategy.

You will be part of a tight-knit team supporting our Australian business at a dynamic and exciting time for the company. You will work proactively with departmental managers to ensure that these initiatives and changes are carried out effectively and are aligned with the business strategy. You will need proven experience in developing and leading organisation-wide HR projects.

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Solid HR generalist experience
• Proven experience in effective change management
• Strong knowledge and experience in Comp & Ben programs
• Hands-on approach and commercial awareness
• Confident and effective communication and influencing skills
• A proven track record in developing effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and in a limited period of time
